Eastern Washington vs. The Griz - Tailgate #2 Menu

Well Griz Fans, the season is in full swing. Our football team won their home opener in impressive fashion. Our first tailgate was a great event and so it is on to week #3. The defending national champions, the Eastern Washington Eagles, are coming to town and we need to cheer our Griz to another victory. Nothing will make people scream more than Mexican Food, so that is on the menu for this Saturday.

This week's tailgate will consist of the following:

Main Dish - Your favorite Mexican food. Yes, alcohol is a food, at least it is with this bunch!
1) Salsa - Doug and Rita
2) Margaritas and etc... - Al and Sandy
3) Beer - Ken and Polly
4) Casserole, Margaritas, and Salsa - Bob and Kathy
5) Chorizo Enchelladas - Tim and Exie

Email or text me what you plan on bringing to the tailgate. If I see something that we are lacking I'll put out a special request.

As for myself I will be making my special salsa fresh from our garden. Fresh peppers, cilantro, tomatoes, onions, and garlic all fresh from the Bitterroot.
