Big Sky Conference Weekend Viewing Guide - Nov. 3

Soccer, volleyball and football can all be viewed for free this weekend on Big Sky TV.
The 2012 Big Sky Conference Soccer Championship from Greeley, Colo., will be available on Big Sky TV. Action from Greeley starts Friday at 2 p.m. when No. 2 seed Portland State takes on No. 3 seed Weber State. At 5 p.m. Mountain, No. 1 Northern Colorado takes on No. 4 Montana. Sunday’s championship match starts at 1 p.m.
The first serve of the week starts on Thursday as the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in conference face off in Greeley at 7 p.m. Mountain. Portland State currently has a 9-3 conference record and is in first place, but Northern Colorado isn’t too far behind with an 8-3 conference record.
Also on Thursday, Northern Arizona will host Eastern Washington at 7 p.m. Pacific time. EWU is currently in third place with an 8-4 BSC record, while NAU has a 6-5 conference record and is sitting in fifth place. The match will be televised on Fox College Sports.
All four football games can be viewed on Big Sky TV, and three are televised.
Action begins at 1 p.m. Mountain when No. 10 Montana plays host to Division II Western Oregon. Montana is seeking its seventh straight victory. The game will be televised in Montana on the CW Networks.
At 1:35 p.m. Mountain, Weber State plays host to second-ranked Montana State on Altitude Sports & Entertainment. Chris Marlowe, Scott Hastings and Maya Starks will call the game, which will also be televised on Comcast Sports Net Northwest. Montana State is seeking its ninth straight victory, and can clinch at least a share of the conference title with a victory.
Portland State guns for its sixth win of the season as it plays host to Sacramento State at 1 p.m. Pacific.
At 3 p.m. Pacific, Northern Colorado and Northern Arizona meet in Flagstaff. The game will be televised on Fox College Sports and NAU-TV.
On Friday in volleyball , Montana State and Montana will gear up to play in Missoula, Mont., at 7 p.m. Mountain time, and Sacramento State will host Weber State at 7 p.m. Pacific time. UM currently is in seventh place with a 5-7 conference record, while MSU has a 2-10 BSC record. SAC dropped to fourth place this week with a 6-4 conference record, while WSU has a 2-9 record in the BSC.
On Saturday in volleyball, Eastern Washington will travel to Northern Colorado and play at 7 p.m. Mountain time. Northern Arizona and Portland State will compete in Flagstaff, Ariz., and Idaho State will travel to Sacramento State. Both matches begin at 7 p.m. Pacific time.
Men’s and women’s regular-season basketball starts next week on Big Sky TV.
